With over 35 years of experience in Canada’s third-largest police force, Coach Steve knows firsthand the importance of peak fitness for demanding careers. He developed the "Tactical Fitness Program" specifically to help First Responders—and now busy professionals—achieve strength, agility, and resilience with quick, impactful 30-minute workouts. Joined by his wife Corrie, a national-level bodybuilder and mentor, Coach Steve offers personalized online coaching that brings structure, accountability, and real results, empowering clients to prioritize health amidst their hectic schedules.
